Privates

Sadly, the days of group classes are on hold. But that shouldn’t stop you from practicing. Whether you are looking to address a specific issue or just deepen your Pilates or Yoga practice privates are the best way to see change. Monica will travel to you for Yoga or Mat Pilates and is also taking clients in her home studio for Pilates with the Reformer. All equipment is throughly cleaned and precautions are taken.

Library

Practice what you want, when you want and wherever you want! This library will be continuously added to, so you will always have practices that fit your mood, energy level and body needs. Classes range in length of time, levels and prop usage. To access the library it is a monthly fee of $25. Stop spending time searching the internet for your perfect class when you can have it all in one place. Please contact to receive the password.
